Hermética - Hermética (1989)

Hermética formed in Buenos Aires, Argentina in 1987, and soon became Argentina's most popular metal band. They supported bands like Black Sababth, Motörhead, Kiss and Slayer, until they split up in late 1994, at the very peak of their success. There are two versions of the story, the one stated by Iorio (bass and vocals, also in V8 and Almafuerte), who said that the rest of the band was planning to fire him, and the other stated by the rest of the band, who questioned Iorio's leadership. During the years 1989-1994 three full-length albums and one live album were released. After the split, another three live albums and one compilation have been released.
